We calculate the cryptocurrency price based on current market prices for USD pairs (BTCUSD, LTCUSD, ETHUSD).

Contact us and select “Pay with Cryptocurrency” as the subject, indicate the dispensary software products you’d like to purchase, and indicate the cryptocurrency you’d like to pay with.
Schedule Invoice
During normal business hours, we’ll reply to schedule a cryptocurrency invoice for your payment. We may also schedule a cryptocurrency invoice after-hours, upon client request.
Make Payment
Upon receipt of the scheduled cryptocurrency invoice, you will have 1 hour to send your payment. If payment is not sent within 1 hour, the cryptocurrency invoice is invalid and must be regenerated.
Ensure that you send the full amount, and that fees are not being subtracted from the requested amount. If we do not receive the full amount for the invoice, you may need to send an additional payment for any remaining invoice balance.
Confirm Payment
To successfully process a cryptocurrency payment, we require the following confirmation times:
- Bitcoin – 6 confirmations (~1 hour)
- Litecoin – 12 confirmations (~30 minutes)
- Ether – 50 confirmations (~10 minutes)
Issue Voucher
Upon complete confirmation of cryptocurrency payment, we provide the customer with a cryptocurrency voucher coupon code to purchase their requested dispensary software product(s) at a 100% discount.
The cryptocurrency voucher coupon code: expires within 7 days of cryptocurrency payment, may only be used by an account with the designated email address, and may not be combined with any other offers.
